You know when, like...

You know when, you know, you do the same motions over and over again (like say for instance bending down or leaning over to idonno...take something off someone's ankle) and the next day you're, you know, kinda sore.

You know how they say it's the second day when you really will feel it?

You know what?

Tomorrow's going to suck.

Nothing like doing....what?...deadlifts?....for 7 hours?

Sounds like someone needs an icebath.

When it hurts like that, you need to move it. I'm sure you have dirty laundry sitting around somewhere...if not, throw something on the floor. Trust me, it'll loosen you up.

Wow, nice race report. Very motivating, inspiring, and terrifying for those of us about to embark on our first 70.3. Thanks. :)

I'm sure everyone who you bent down for is appreciative!! Does that help relieve the pain? No? Well, then, you're on your own...

I almost bent down to remove my chip and the poor lady nearly had a hissy fit and threatened to deck me if I did.
