Just patiently waiting there for its next victim. A mere $22.24 for a world of hurt.

Who knew?

Ah, my very good friend. Except yours is red....I bet it hurts more! :)

Glad you found your roller. I'm headed off to rendezvous with mine, actually. Hope your knee recovers quickly!

Ugh, I have one of these as well.

At first I thought of it as a fun new toy, but soon the novelty wore off and it now sits in the corner with all the other forgotten equipment...stability ball, foam roller, innocent hand weights and yoga mat.

I hope you get more than $22 worth of use out of it. I only got about $15 worth. ;)

Good luck with the foam roller therapy! I keep reading about those suckers and I have NO IDEA how they could possibly help - but my partner has some ITB issues so maybe there is a red foam torture device in our future too. Hope you get to peak week in good form. Peace.

I've never seen that. But I'll have to run out to my nearest Target store right now...

The best torture device for IT and piriformis. It's what the song hurt so good was written about!

Your rest week sounds like mine! I'm a bit of an all or nothing type, so rest weeks become a little like "optional training weeks".

Oh well, we live and learn (again!). I hope that mean looking reds thing does the trick!

I love the foam roller! But mostly, I just like listening to my husband squeal like a piggie when he's trying it. Or maybe that's how grown men cry?
