Bad hair day

My hair looks like crap. No "natural" (pshaw) volume, no casual toss, no flirty curls.

Why?

Tuesday night lifting + Wednesday morning "arms only" pool day = Noodle arms

I can't really, you know, lift my arms above my shoulders. Well, not without assistance.

Blow drying it was comical.

So now I'm pretty homely from that-there neck up.

Want to keep something away from me today? Just hold it up. I won't have a chance. Unless it's chocolate...I might be able to overcome the pain for chocolate.

good luck getting the function back in your arms. I feel like I am destined for one of those sessions sometime soon from the 'Elf'

Arms only day? Ugh!

I've ALWAYS been homely from the neck up. You only need to be for a day or two.

Lucky.

Well, at least it's a "good" pain caused by good things and progress. I applaud noodle arms. And I'm sure you would too... if you could clap ;-)

Besides, hair never looks remotely as bad as we imagine. I'm sure it looks great.

heh! my trick is bending over and drying my hair upside down. Worse case scenario, you can even set the dryer on the bathroom counter. then when you flip back over, you just smooth it down and viola: big Dallas hair!

your dedication is inspiring, woman!!

Eyouch! arms and hair are over rated.
If it didn't kill you, you are stronger. Flex 'em baby.

Chocolate heals ALL things.

HILARIOUS! Here's a hint to get chocolate from any cruel person who would taunt you by holding it up high: kick them in the groin and then just wait to catch it when it falls :-)

Nice, love that feeling... kind of.

I pull my wet hair back in a bun way too many days for just this reason. It is all for a good reason, so embrace it!
