TriLesson # 23

No matter how much you're craving it, DO NOT eat a quart of hot and sour soup two hours before a long swim set.

Seriously...don't.

I suppose a large portion of that decision could be, in part, made on one's personal philosophy of peeing in the pool.

I'll be honest...that pic of the soup looks pretty darn good.

The thought of you "sharting" in the pool doesn't.

WHOA....don't get mad...Al made me think of it!

Don't tell me you've replaced snarky swimmer as the "baddie" of the pool circuit. Sharting? Involuntary peeing? Hopefully you just had to make the quick dash from pool to potty.

Hope the calf heals soon!

That's great advice! I might add not to eat red beans and rice before you run :-)

Funny!!

But, the soup does look tasty. Now I know not to indulge in the hot and sour until after the workout.

Let's weigh the options....pool where nobody knows (except you, of course) or trying to find a tree by the side of the road (which is in someones yard) whilst running or cycling....hmmmmm??

Hope the calf heals up soon!!

No worries, guys! No "accidents" in the pool or elsewhere. More like the WORST HEARTBURN YOU'LL EVER EXPERIENCE from 1000 on!! It may have been the hot part. Or the sour part. Or the bad judgment part. Never know...
