3000

Broke my (first) glass ceiling last night with 3000 straight yards. At some point, I'll look back and chuckle that this was so notable, but for now I'm just glad to have hit that mark.

No pain, no problems, and only a little fatigue that I'm getting used to swimming through.

All good.

3000 meters.
120 lengths.
1:02:53.
Avg 100: 2:05.

One happy triathlete.

Have a great weekend guys!

3000 straight... impressive!

See, this is what freaks me out. I do 3000 workouts frequently, but never straight. Should I be doing more straight, long workouts? I know I need to trust my coach, but then I also read what others are doing and think "should I be doing that?"

We are all on different paths headed for the same big day.

You are doing great!

3K straight is impressive, no matter how much experience you have. I've done a few, and I still get a feeling of dread beforehand. It's a big mental hurdle to clear. Nice job.

Wow, 3000 straight? That is awesome. See, you ARE a badass!

How did you keep track of laps? I generally lose count around 400!

Nice work. How long did it take to get to this point? Just curious as I just started swim training last week.
