2 times the remote fell to the floor and split open
1 time I came deese close to falling off the back of the treadmill
12 cuss words spoken at Z4 run interval, a mere 2:25 into the brick

which leaves us with...

... 1 well earned burger and monster salad to be consumed by yours truly.

  5. I watch zero tv that doesn't involve football - so I had to google the kardashian reference. Maybe I'd be better at riding on the trainer if I watched shows like this? I dunno - but I have to say you make it hard for me to whine about the 30 second spin ups my training plan calls for! What a killer workout out! Can't wait to see how your numbers play out when racing season starts. Go girl!
